Cellar of the Baraterie
Passionate about my soil and the culture of the vine, I take all the steps in charge alone, from the ceps to the bottle, respecting the specifications of the BIO Agriculture for the whole vineyard.
4 hectares of vineyards
The grape variety for the white wines is made of Jacquère d'Altesse, Malvoisie, and of Gamay, Mondeuse, Pinot for the red wines. All the grapes are picked by hand, to be vinified at the Cellar of the Baraterie.
